This blue latte is so aesthetically pleasing, it reminds me of a cloudy sky.

It is super simple to make and only requires four ingredients, one of which is water so I am not even sure if it counts.
I love the blend of earthy and sweet flavors you get by adding vanilla syrup. You could substitute with honey, but bare in mind it will be sweeter than the original version.
Butterly pea flower is known for its beautiful blue colour, however, this tea is so much more than just a pretty colorful drink. This flower is said to produce a tea that can be a mood enhancer and have stress-busting effects. It may also help reduce symptoms of anxiety, however please always remember to speak to a professional for health advice.
Although most supermarkets don’t stock this tea, it is very easy to buy online and from various health shops. I buy a big jar by the Tea People on Amazon and it lasts me ages. I love to brew my tea in a glass teapot it is beautiful to watch the colour darken over time. As with all teas, the more you let this brew, the stronger the flavour will be.
I am a huge fan of tea lattes, especially when they are as relaxing as this one or as the chamomile tea latte I posted last year. This blue latte can be enjoyed hot or even cold and over ice.
